Hi! I’m Aisha Khalid. I’ve spent over 18 years growing global digital businesses – from Gucci & Burberry in New York City, to Hugo Boss in Germany; not to mention, the fast moving start up like Level Shoes in Dubai. This international experience has shaped how I approach growth: culturally aware, strategically grounded, and always customer-focused.

I created Aisha Advisory Studio as a way to share what I have learned, work on projects I care about, and support founders, execs and teams who want to build strong, thoughtful businesses.

Now, I work with small and mid-size businesses who are ready to grow but may not have a full team (or just need a fresh perspective). I bring honest insights, clarity to strategy, practical solutions and hands-on support when you need to get things done. Whether it’s figuring out how to increase online sales, streamline operations, expand in new markets, or tell your brand story in a way that actually connects — I’m here to help.

A quick (and free) call to talk through what you need, your objectives, what’s keeping you stuck, and where I can support. This is your chance to ask questions and make sure the fit feels right on both sides.

STEP 2: PROPOSAL & SCOPE

If we decide to move forward, I’ll send over a tailored proposal outlining what I can help with, the scope of work, and timing — all based on your business goals and bandwidth.

STEP 3: KICKOFF & STRATEGY ALIGNMENT

We align on goals, priorities, and working style. Whether it’s a strategy session, audit, or rollout plan — we set the foundation and get clear on outcomes.

STEP 4: EXECUTION & COLLABORATION

Depending on the project, you’ll either receive a clearly documented strategy or get hands-on help implementing it. Some clients I work with on a one-time project, others on an ongoing basis.

STEP 5 WRAP UP OR RETAINER

When we wrap, we’ll review outcomes and next steps. If you want continued support, we can discuss ongoing advisory or retainer-based work.
